Rene Marie Russo is an American film actress and a former supermodel. Her beautiful beauty and successes in the field of film are a testament to her skills as an actor. Her professional career started with a modeling job in the year 1970 her rise quickly to fame. Dana White took notice of her performance and had her admitted to the UFC's strawweight class in the month of December, 2014 when Rose was barely 22. Rose has had highs and her lows as well throughout her professional career, but she always came to the top. Rose was a part of Carla Esparza to win the Women s Strawweight Championship in The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale. Rose won with a technical knockout after under three minutes the round One. Rose was also awarded Fighter Of The Night and was a pioneer in the sport as it marked the first time women has ever been a fighter at a championship level with a major promoter across the globe. Namajunas was victorious in several bouts after this one, and received the title of Performance Of The Night by UFC in her fights against Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
